Thread Your Way
Mock Client: Bata
Concept:
The project was Inspired by Bata’s “Make Your Way,” the design uses minimalist line language to weave everyday life into the workspace. It spans three zones: Walk (legacy straight lines), Play (active slanting lines), and Slay (luxury zig-zag patterns), creating a cohesive environment that subtly reflects comfort, style, and brand identity
My Role:
I translated Bata’s identity into spatial graphics across the Walk, Play, and Slay zones. I designed custom wall feature displays, wayfinding signage, and glass graphics while specifying materials, dimensions, LED lighting, and typography using Museo Moderno for seamless office integration.
Process:
I began by analyzing Bata’s brand identity and establishing the "Thread Your Way" story. I mapped the workspace into three experiential zones, creating custom line patterns for each. Finally, I produced detailed technical elevations for acrylic, wood, and vinyl installations alongside an integrated lace-patterned wayfinding system.
